Warranty

• We’ve worked hard to create a set of essentials that are durable and lasting so we offer a 1 year warranty on our products. 
• Wear and tear may happen, especially when pets are involved, but if your items are damaged within a year of purchase due to a manufacturer defect please email us at  ppzenservice@gmail.com to chat about our warranty. 
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for dirty or dog damaged items. However, if the product you received is incorrect or breaks, we would love to look into this to help make our products better!

Return   

• Our limited-edition products are final sale. 
• Customized Items cannot be returned. Please ensure accurate spelling on the invoice as it will be used for sewing or carving.
• Discounted items are final sales and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Products sold during special sales are not refundable.  
• Except above cases, We offer a 7-days return policy from the reach date. 

□ Returned items must be unused along with receipt, in perfect condition, with attached labels and original packaging. 

□ Missing or damaged packaging may result in a deduction from the refund amount. 

□ Customers are responsible for return shipping.

□ Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 28 business days. PayPal refunds will have PayPal fees deducted.
